In plain words

The one who faces the Guru is given the Naam, a giving heart, and a clean life.

Facing the Guru, your mind rests on the One with ease.

Facing the Guru, you are honored in the One's court.

Facing the Guru, you reach the highest One, the One who breaks fear.

Facing the Guru, you do good, and help others do good too.

Nanak says: facing the Guru, you are joined in union with the One.

Remember the Naam, give, live clean, and help others do good too.
The deeper layer

Naam, giving, and a clean life go together. Naam daan isnaan is the old trio of remembering, giving, and washing clean; for the gurmukh all three become one way of living, held together by the Naam and good action. Bhau bhanjan is the breaker of fear, the One met by the gurmukh.

A Question to Sit With

What is one small good thing you could do that inspires others?
