In plain words

My mind and body have burst into bloom, more beautiful than anything I could compare them to.

They don't dry up in the sun or in the shade. They stay green in every season.

It is always spring when I meet the Divine Guru.

A heart that blooms from the inside stays bright in every season.
The deeper layer

A heart that meets the Guru stays green in every season.

Man tan ma-uli-o at anoop — mind and body have blossomed, beyond compare. Ma-uli-o is a spring word, the way buds open on a branch.

Most flowers wilt in a hot sun or fade in too much shade. These stay. Sookai naahee chhaav dhoop — they do not dry up in shade or sun. Saglee rootee hari-aa ho-ay — they stay green in all seasons. Think of an evergreen tree in winter, still green when everything around it is bare.

Sad basant gur milay dayv — it is always spring once you meet the Divine Guru.

A Question to Sit With

What helps you stay bright even on hard, gray days?
