Bhairao, Third Mehl:
ਨਾਮੇ ਉਧਰੇ ਸਭਿ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਲੋਅ ॥
naamay uDhray sabh jitnay lo-a.
All people are saved through the Naam, the Name of the Lord.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਜਿਨਾ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਇ ॥੧॥
gurmukh jinaa paraapat ho-ay. ||1||
Those who become Gurmukh are blessed to receive It. ||1||

Through the Naam, all the people of every world are lifted up and carried across.
Those who turn toward the Guru are the ones who receive it.
The Naam uplifts everyone; you receive it by turning toward it.
The Naam lifts up everyone in every world, and it comes to those who turn toward the Guru.
Naamay udhray sabh jitnay lo-a: all the worlds, as many as there are, are lifted up by the Naam. A gurmukh is one whose face is turned toward the Guru. No one is outside the reach of the Naam.
