In plain words

When the One comes to mind, I am rich forever.

When the One comes to mind, I am free of doubt forever.

When the One comes to mind, I enjoy every good thing.

When the One comes to mind, my fear is gone.

When you feel held, doubt and fear both loosen their grip.
The deeper layer

When the One is in mind, doubt and fear let go.

Dhanvantaa means wealthy. Nibhrantaa means free of doubt. Chookee kaanay means the fear is gone. The Guru says all of these come when the One comes to mind.

Notice how they come. Nobody fights the doubt or wrestles the fear away. They loosen by themselves, because the heart feels held. Think of a small child in a thunderstorm. The thunder is still loud, but in a parent's lap the shaking stops. Or think of a tree with deep roots. When the roots are steady, the branches stop shaking.

A Question to Sit With

What worry would you love to have simply let go of you?
