Dissolved in Something Better

ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਮਦ ਮਾਨ ਮੋਹ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਅਨਰਾਗੈ ॥
kaam kroDh mad maan moh binsay anraagai.
Sexual desire, anger, the intoxication of egotism and emotional attachment are dispelled, by loving devotion.
ਆਨੰਦ ਮਗਨ ਰਸਿ ਰਾਮ ਰੰਗਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਨਾਗੈ ॥੨॥੪॥੬੮॥
aanand magan ras raam rang naanak sarnaagai. ||2||4||68||
One who enters the Lord's Sanctuary, O Nanak, remains merged in ecstasy in the subtle essence of the Lord's Love. ||2||4||68||

In plain words

Grasping wants, flashes of anger, the buzz of pride, sticky attachment — love quietly dissolves them all.

Nanak says: whoever comes into the One's shelter is soaked in the joy and color of the One's love.

Love quietly dissolves what force never could.
The deeper layer

Love melts away our troubles.

The verse names them: kaam, grabby craving; krodh, anger; mad maan, the buzz of pride; and moh, sticky attachment. Binsay anraagai: they dissolve through love. Think of sugar stirred into warm milk until it disappears.

Then aanand magan ras raam rang: soaked in joy and in the One's color. Naanak sarnaagai: that is what happens to the one who comes to the One's shelter.

A Question to Sit With

What melts your anger faster than fighting it?
