In plain words

The treasure of the Naam, the Name of the One, is found in the Sangat, the company of the holy.

It goes with the soul as its companion, its helper and support.

The Naam is a treasure and a companion that travels with the soul.
The deeper layer

In the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One — you find the treasure of the Naam, a friend who stays with your soul.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad, like the chorus of a song.

The word saaDhsangat means the Sangat, the company of good and holy people. That is where the niDh, the treasure, of the Naam is found. Think of a group of friends who help each other study. Being there makes you better without you even trying.

Then: sang sahaa-ee jee-a kai kaam, "a companion and a helper for the soul." Sahaa-ee means helper. So the Naam is two things at once. It is a treasure, like wealth. And it is a friend who walks beside you and never leaves.

A Question to Sit With

What is something valuable you carry inside that no one can take?
