In plain words

The house, the home where the One's praises are sung, fills with joy upon joy. So sing and remember the One — Raam, Raam, Raam.

Sing the praises of the Naam of the Beloved One. Through the teaching of the Guru, the True Guru, peace comes. So sing and remember the One — Har, Haray, Har, Haray, Haray — Raam, Raam, Raam.

A home fills with joy when it is filled with song and praise.
The deeper layer

A home where the One is praised fills with joy.

Jit garihi mandar har hot jaas: the house where the One's praise is sung. Tit ghar aanado aanand: that home is full of joy upon joy. The rolling repetition, raam raam raam, har haray har haray, is the song itself, like a chorus everyone in the room can join. Sukh, peace, comes through updays, the Guru's teaching.

A Question to Sit With

What fills your home with the best feeling — what would you love more of?
