Chanting the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, their minds forever blossom forth; they focus their minds on the Lord's Feet. ||13||

In plain words

The words of those who love the One taste like nectar, and they keep the Name on their lips.

Saying it, their minds bloom open like flowers, again and again.

Loving words on your lips can make your whole mind bloom.
The deeper layer

amrit banee — the nectar-words in the mouths of the devotees. bigsai is vigaas, blossoming: the mind opening like a flower. Speaking the Name is framed warmly here as naam simran, a practice that makes the heart bloom.
