In plain words

The body is a mansion, a temple, the home of the One. The One has placed endless Light inside it.

Nanak says: the one who turns to the Guru is invited into the One's mansion, and the One, who brings all together, unites them.

The temple you are looking for is your own body.
The deeper layer

Your own body is the temple where the endless Light lives.

Kaa-i-aa mahal mandar ghar har kaa: the body is a mansion, a temple, the home of the One, holding jot apaar, endless Light. Gurmukh mahal bulaa-ee-ai: the one who turns to the Guru is called into that Presence, and the One meets them within their own body. Think of a lamp that has been glowing inside the house all along, waiting for you to step in.

A Question to Sit With

What would change if you treated your own body as a sacred place?
