Prabhaatee, Fifth Mehl:

say Dhanvant say-ee sach saahaa.
They are wealthy, and they are the true merchants,
ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਦਰਗਹ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਿਸਾਹਾ ॥੧॥
har kee dargeh naam visaahaa. ||1||
who have the credit of the Naam in the Court of the Lord. ||1||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
They are the rich ones, and they are the honest traders,
who carry the Naam as their credit in the court of the One.
The only wealth that counts in the end is what you carry inside your heart.
The wealth that counts is the Naam you carry inside.
The verse turns money talk upside down. It says the rich, the sach saahaa or true merchants, are those with naam visaahaa. That means the Naam is their credit in the dargeh, the One's court.
Think of coins in a video game. They only work inside that one game. When you leave, they are worth nothing. The Naam is the one currency that counts in the One's court. So your net worth is inside you.
A Question to Sit With
If you could only keep things that cannot be bought or sold, what would you want to have?
