This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Paarbarahm pooraa mayrai naal: "the perfect Highest One is always with me." It is the same steady promise of nearness heard in the shabads around it.
Gur poorai pooree sabh raakhee: the perfect teacher has kept me completely safe. Then, ho-ay sarab da-i-aal: now everyone is kind to me.
