O Nanak, chant the Name of the Lord, as Gurmukh; you shall obtain the Lord, and realize your pre-ordained destiny. ||5||10||

In plain words

In the company of good and honest people, the taste of the One is found; meeting the teacher, the fear of ending melts away.

Nanak says: keep the Name, heart turned toward the teaching, and you find the One — and the blessing that was always written for you.

In good company the fear of ending melts, and you find the blessing that was always yours.
The deeper layer

The close (a five-verse hymn). Saadhsangat meh har ras paa-ee-ai — the taste of the One is found in good company, echoing the sangat theme of nearby shabads. Jam bhau bhaagaa — "the fear of death runs off" — kept gently; meeting the teaching dissolves the fear of ending. The last line, mastak bhaagaa — "the destiny on the forehead" — is rendered as "the blessing that was always written for you," which the project reads not as grim fate but as the grace that was always there to be received. The shabad ends in fulfillment: the Name kept, the One found, the fear gone.
