In plain words

You are my great Master, and every blessing and good thing belongs to You.

I held the One in mind, and every good I could hope for came to me.

The good things in your life are gifts to be grateful for, not trophies to guard.
The deeper layer

This one says every good thing belongs to the One and comes as a gift.

Too bhaaro su-aamee moraa — You are my great Master. Ih punn padaarath tayraa — these blessings and riches are Yours. Nothing is truly owned. Everything is received. Think of a lunch your grandma packed. You enjoy it, but you know whose love made it.

Jan naanak ayk Dhi-aa-i-aa — Nanak held the One in mind. Sarab falaa punn paa-i-aa — he received every fruit of goodness. It isn't a prize he earned. It is a gift already flowing.

A Question to Sit With

What is one good thing in your life you could pause and be thankful for right now?
